How to create a cheat for a server like Cristalix...?

I would like to know how are the cheats that bypass Cristalix are created ...?

Are they all cheat packs written in java and injected on the server in c ++?
And how do I get a cheat pack to work on a server like Cristalix, do I have to point to ofbuscated class ?

Take the portrait of __xDark
Take the heart of an innocent animal
Draw a pentogram
Walk 4 circles around it
Put heart in the center
Then bow 3 times to the portrait
Done!
