You need to compile it yourself
Or you can use pre-compiled versions, tho if you're going to use it in CSGO that is x86 there aren't any pre-compiled binaries.
Tho building the luajit for yourself ain't hard. You just need to download it and build if by instructions on the page I linked above, in
Embedding LuaJIT section.
