i got my self some solution to this f** problem
so i think this is could be work for you too (or maybe not dunno)
Remember if you wanna use this method you must have some PUBG Backup First
If you doesnt have it.. you cant use this
so i has already backup my PUBG from the first download (from the moment that i haven't been used PAK
so when i got this Cilent Not Responding Problem (25 ETC....)
i do this step
1. Uninstall Your PUBG With Revo Uninstaller
2.Skip Backup (In Revo Uninstaller)
3.Scan Advance ( Delete All The Folder ) [ But Cautious Do Not Delet The Red One]
4.Delete This Fcking Folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\BattlEye
5.And This one Too C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\BattlEye
6. After Finished Uninstall PUBG and Delete that folder Restart your PC
7.Open Your Steam..
8.Chose (Steam > Backup And Restore)
9.Chose Your PUBG Backup Folder
10.waiit for backup for complete
11. Done
PS..
1 played 3 round without PAK and no DC or cilent bla bla bla
And after that im out and use PAK (No Floor,Gold Player, No Recoil) [For some Reason That No Recoil never been Worked for me ]
Until Now I GOT No Cilent Not Responding Or that other Problem
Won 1 chicken dinner so far today :/

NO KICK. NO "client not responding" issue for me.
Check the HASH of the file beforehand to know if you changed it correctly,
MD5, SHA1 and SHA-256
In order to change the hash of the file, you need a hex editor and just change the very first line (should be 00) to 01 and then save, then check the md5, sha1 and sha-256

i repacked a file p4k today and ive solved the game crashing on me, they have added something to check the files im sure, but with a little knowledge you can get around it.
No Recoil + NoSway
No Floor, Golden Player
No Gas
You need to repack ur p4ks and try different things, Ive learned a lot from being on this forum but it would be silly to post what to fix in these p4ks to get some of them to work.
