Hope you are healthy. Here you can use this tool for speed.
Download, extract and open. Then launch CS 1.6 and stay in menu, minimize. Click button on the cheat and you will see message in console, it's mean cheat activated.
Then open console and write "bind z +ramp" (without quota) and join server. When you press "z" key, you will be as like speedy gonzales. Also you can configure and look other features from config.cfg file.
Note that you can use Cheat Engine's feature for speed hack.
