Dear Yougame.biz Family,
Hope you are fine. This tool provided changing the Steam ID. It has two (2) files. Move them master path for Counter Strike. And launch CS. You will see message in console, it's mean activated.
It has two (2) commands.
command provides changing SteamID by manual. For example
If you make this , Counter Strike will change it's SteamID on every entrance and every retry command.
Note that if server has Resource Checker plugin you can change their names (both or them need to be same name) and this will bypass that plugin, you don't need change hash of file.
