I've had so many people come to my DMs asking for the depots for installing a server. So I've dug through some old files to retrieve them for you.
This also won't work on most shared hosting providers, you need your own VPS (or host) where you have full access to the filesystem.
[ Installation ]
Make sure you have

before running the following commands:
./steamcmd +login anonymous +download_depot 740 731 1726760845998127111 +quit
./steamcmd +login anonymous +download_depot 740 740 9121620377426899826 +quit
After running both of the commands above, depending on your OS, you need to move the contents of depot_740 to depot_731 in the steamapps/content/app_740/ directory. After doing so, you can then install MetaMod and SourceMod for server plugins.
[ MetaMod & SourceMod ]
Since we're running an outdated version of CS:GO, the latest available downloads for both MM and SM won't work correctly.
So heres the working versions I have provided that works well with our version of CS:GO:

MetaMod is required for SourceMod, so install both!
[ SourceMod Plugins ]
After installing SourceMod (or before) you may have wondered what plugins are compatible with this outdated version. Well, most plugins were made in 2012-2017 so make sure to check if the last modified date is before the 2nd of March 2018, because otherwise, if they have been updated/created after the server "date" then there's a solid chance that they'll crash your server or just won't work in general, so always check the dates on the plugins you're installing!
This is a tutorial for installing a server, not client! If you want to play on these older version servers, you need to follow the instructions in
