because i search everything but i can found any tutorial. I found but how can i make this i dont know help pls.

You can't get perfect sync at all. But you can create buffer and store some info from every update of the clantag. Then you just store currdata curtime and calculate previous clantag data curtime with current data curtime.
After that, you can simulate this and fix latency to prevent desync.
