Build DLL with Debug and then when you launch your game attach the debugger, then you will always know why you crashed.
Or simply add a crash log.

I do this but the debugger says it doesn't have an item that reads the problem in tier0.dll, i dont know why this happen, i compiled with debug but this continue and i cant fix the error, if anyone can help me with this.
