Does it not shoot at all? Have you tried targeting body? If you aren't shooting at all even with baim options on, then you adjusted something in the animations.cpp file that you shouldn't have touched. I was having that issue and when I reset the animations.cpp file back to normal it seemed to fix itself. If you are targeting body thats just the cheat forcing body. It's supposed to do that.
