The third step.

-> Go in includes.hpp

-> After in csgo.hpp

-> Go to this and change

 <d3d9.h> and <d3dx9.h>

to

 #include <Cheats/d3d9/d3d9.h> and #include <Cheats/d3d9/d3dx9.h>

The last step.
-> Open d3d9 folder and search for d3dx9.lib.
-> After you found him, Right-click d3dx9.lib and then copy.
-> Go and paste it here.
