dx9 cleartype almost looks like it

its not:
stb_truetype
free type
dx9
dx10
dx11
dx12
gdi
gdi+
ps: yes i tried on all of them with all font flags


it uses verdana 12px
and verdana bold

Even gideon had a better solution than rendering every single pixel twice, used in fonts.
