How to Bypass NoNameChange Plugin

Hope you are well and healthy. As you know many servers are using no name change or another name change prevent plugin. Is there any way to bypass these plugins? And also speedhack. I couldnt find anyway to bypass these.

I looked the plugin and as i understand it detects the speed of player above of 260 and banned. You said theres methods of bypass speed detection. Could you please tell us which methods are available?
