Hope you are fine. I want to show a tool which brutes server's rcon password.

Note that if server uses Anti HLBrute plugin, it will ban you after several login failure.
Second note that you will see in videos or another forums HLDS Exploit 1.7 with this tool but don't download it, it has backdoor viruses. It has exploits, it is true but at the same time it has backdoors. If you are curious person, install Deep Freeze and boot by frozen. And try exploits. Virus will create three (3) files crash.exe, hlds.exe and firewall.exe.. Firewall.exe can not be terminated by task manager. It copies itself C:\Windows\Firewall folder and when terminate it, it will create a new one. Solution is edit folder attribute and remove all users and permissions from Security section. When you do this, it can not create itself to there.
