Error trying to add new resolver

"can somebody help me please , i've been trying to add a new resolver for 3 hours , yet no luck. im getting these errors:

you are trying to include 1 file 2 or more times

but general when u got .obj erros is because u need add more stf or delete stf

You making another 1 namespace that already was created in another file. Delete your new namespace and include this file.

is already defined only need remove the already defined code and ez fix

You are already defined namespace 'Globals'
Try to change it's name.
Also, don't forget to change your define of namespace:

extern Globals resolverEtc;
Globals resolverEtc;

change to your new name of your namespace and change your code using this namespace in resolver.cpp
