Hey. I will pay with PayPal via Friends & Family for somebody that add 3 $ in a site with Qiwi. I do not got Qiwi thats why I need somebody to add the money for me.

Problem is paypal is very strong for russians couse of froud, so its very hard to withdraw ur paypal.
