NEW: Proximity Optimization feature (BP_AIStorage).

Within Distance triggers now use the AI Perception for line of sight.
Improved reliability of AI jumping while in Parkour state.
Added Slow Spawn for BP_Spawner to improve performance when spawning hundreds of AI.
Fixed a bug with Health Triggers not working if One Time Only was enabled.
Fixed an issue where Distance Triggers didn’t record Sense Location for Investigate state.
Fixed a bug where if Orient Rotation to Movement is enabled, rotating in Investigate didn’t work.
Fixed calculation of projectile rotation if New Origin was used.
