1. Запускаем CS2
2. Запускаем server.exe
3. Инжектим patcher.dll в CS2
4. Инжектим regsysform.dll в CS2
5. Готово. Меню открывается на Insert.

Инжект только LoadLibrary! ( В параметрах запуска: -allow_third_party_software или -insecure)
